This is a remake of the ZX Spectrum game Jumbly, written by Don Priestley in 1983 and published by DK'Tronics. In essence it is simply a sliding puzzle game, but as with all games written by Don, when playing the game you realise it is so much more. Animated graphics, scrolling, and high quality music brings a whole new dimension to the game.
This game was written for the Retro Remakes 2003 coding competition, using Blitz Basic. Just as with the original, if the game is completed it will give you a secret code, proof of your Jumbly expertise. Email this code to me, and you will have a chance to design a level for Jumbly PC 2!
