Those who began their gamer journey no later than the second half of the 90s do not associate Little Big with Ilya Prusikin's epathetic musical band, whom the pandemic killed off at Eurovision. The first thing that comes to mind for such people is Little Big Adventure, a 1994 adventure game about the strange planet Twinsan and its inhabitant Twinsen. The funny alien was so funny running around the locations in pseudo three-dimensional projection that players loved it until the full sequel, porting to PlayStation and re-release on Steam.
And now it has become known that the enthusiast Moritz Maysky together with his brother are working on a full-fledged remake in the most honest 3D. The project is called simply and unpretentiously - Little Big Adventure Remake. Development does not even have an approximate completion date, and the prospects are even vague - what if the rights holders found out and ordered to close the shop? However, the work is going so slowly that it is simply silly to spoil your nerves with worry - it will not be enough not only before completion, but even before the start of the crowdfunding campaign.
You can follow the progress on the author's YouTube channel, where Moritz occasionally posts video reports on his progress. The last video shows not only a fair three-dimensionality in statics, but also animation of movements on locations.
