Previously, we wrote about the launch of the contest SEUCK Compo 2021 for the best C64 game on the SEUCK engine. At that time, there were four participants registered. But here comes the fifth one: developer Alf Ingwe and composer Richard Bayliss have submitted an action game Droid Rumble, somewhat resembling the famous game RoboCop.
In Droid Rumble the action takes place in the megalopolis of the future. Out-of-control robots have taken over a thermonuclear power plant, but haven't bothered to read the operating instructions, as a result of which the reactor has approached a critical state. To stop it, a special forces officer disguised as a robot is sent to the plant. His task: to find the emergency key to stop the reactor, which any robot can have. So you will have to "search" everyone, and will help in this plasma gun - a powerful weapon with limited range.
You can download Droid Rumble directly from contest page or directly from "Perfect Pixel".
