The website Planeta Sinclair brought us to another AGDx-powered game - the platformer Somewhere in Hell by Packobilly.
The idea of this arcade game is good - you play as Father Jeremiah, who has come to earth to save our sinful souls from hell. As a result, in some levels Jeremiah walks through mazes made in dimetric projection and collects items like chalices and Ouija boards, while in others he just jumps over the heads of sinners, sending their souls from hell to some nicer place.
And everything would be fine, but the collision counting in levels with dimetric projection is just nightmarish, and the main character constantly gets "stuck" in walls and exterior objects. And in the levels with the salvation of souls is very good jumping - Jeremiah jumps high, but not far, and sometimes does not want to jump in the right direction at all. In general, the pleasure of the game you're unlikely to get, although no one stops you from trying.
