Role-playing western Lawless Legends gets a demo for Apple II

The 8-bit Bunch team has been working on RPG Lawless Legends for the Apple II and Commodore 64 for nine years. And the long but very noble task is finally coming to an end: the game's release is scheduled for the summer of 2021. To make sure the project works and to clean up bugs, the developers have released a free demo for Apple II.

Lawless Legends is a role-playing game in the Western genre with fantasy elements. The action takes place in the Wild West, in 1856. The peak of the Gold Rush is over, the flow of prospectors dwindles, and California is gradually overrun by thugs of all stripes: hustlers, thieves, murderers. The main character arrives at Fort Miller, near Mariposa, and encounters local romance in all its glory - saloons, gambling, and promiscuous women. Exacerbate the already unhealthy crime situation ominous rumors of some mysterious and unnatural things that occur in the local mountains.

You can download a free demo version of Lawless Legends on the official site of the project or straight from "Perfect Pixel". If the game will be popular, then the appearance of ports for PC, Mac and other platforms is not excluded, at least the developers themselves do not hide such aspirations.
