Juan "Reidrac" Martinez, author of The Dawn of Kernel, Rescuing Orc, The Return of Traxtor and a bunch more games for old computers (however, for modern ones too), released another arcade game called Brick Rick: Graveyard Shift, a sequel to last year's Brick Rick for Amstrad CPC.
To tell the truth, the sequel was for some reason released only on ZX Spectrum. It is supposed that Juan will release the sequel on MSX or Commodore 64. The essence of the game remained the same - our hero Rick, working at the construction site at night shift, is forced to fight off all sorts of undead, which is exactly on Halloween crawled out of their graves (last time it was aliens). Deal with the zombies is simple - first you have to hit the dove with a brick, and then give it a good kick. When the screen is completely cleared of filth, open the elevator doors, which can get to the next floor. And so 50 times in a row.
Juan's game is moderately cute, but, alas, somewhat monotonous, both visually and gameplay-wise. It could have more different mechanics - it would be more fun. However, it's not bad at all - you can make sure of that by downloading the game from official site or from "Perfect Pixel".
